ELITE Choice Homes 365, LLC was birthed out of a desire to make a difference in the lives of young adults, ages 18-21, who are transitioning out of the foster care system.  Our vision is to improve the success rate of young adults entering independent living. We provide a safe and nurturing place to call home.   Why ELITE Choice Homes 365?  Because WE CARE.  We understand that not all of us were given the same start at life.  Nor were we all given the same opportunities.  However, with education, leadership and inspiration, our lives can be transformed from being an unfavorable statistic to being an empowered success.
